Take your taste buds on a tour through Italy! Join us as authentic Italian cuisine and luxurious Marchesi Antinor wine are paired in perfect harmony at our Five-Course Food and Wine Pairing Dinner on January 23rd at 6:30PM at our Hampton location.


First-course

Pan seared scallops with sweet chili wine beurre blanc and a corn fritter —served with a smooth Castillo Della Sala Bramito Chardonnay sourced from Umbria, Italy. 


Second-course

Roasted pork tenderloin with bourbon glaze and braised red cabbage —paired with a brilliant Guado Al Tasso Scalabrone Rose from Bolgheri.


Third-course

Rosemary veal orecchiette, featuring ground veal, garlic, olive oil, chicken stock, rosemary, thyme, capers, butter, parsleys, parmesan —offered with a full-bodied Prunotto Barbaresco Piedmont. 


Fourth-course

Rrilled filet medallions with roasted root vegetable and a demi reduction, served with Yukon whipped potatoes—paired with a flavorful Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva, imported directly from Tuscany.

 

Fifth-course

Chef's Special Dessert—paired with Cafe Correctto
